The project will be located at the SE corner of N. 143rd St. and Linden Ave. N. in Seattle’s Bitter Lake Hub Urban Village. The approximately 2.7 acre site, which was formerly an abandoned trailer park, will be redeveloped with 470 units of rental housing targeted towards the ‘workforce’, with incomes at, or lower then, 60% of median income.
Commercial spaces and live-work residential units will front the two streets. Structured parking is provided. Amenity areas and ply areas will be provide.
