The primary residential entry is off a courtyard along Broadway leading up an open stair to the North and south lobbies, which are adjacent to two interior courtyards with townhouse units, a water feature, and extensive landscaping. The central access continues down to Harvard Ave., where the character of the project becomes more residential. Townhouse units front directly on Harvard.
